It is designed to nurture their talents in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Design & Technology within the innovative and future-focused environment of H-FARM International School, where they will complete the full IB curriculum.

We are seeking students who meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled in Grades 8, 9, or 10
  • Aged between 15 and 17 (14 for European passport holders)
  • Originally from CIS Countries and Baltic countries
  • Demonstrate exceptional academic talent and a passion for Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Design Technology
  • Are ready to contribute positively to society

How To Candidate?

Candidacy

Begin your journey by completing the Candidacy Form—a quick, 1-minute process requiring your name, surname, date of birth, citizenship, passport upload, as well as quick information about your studies in STEM.

Application Phase (by invitation)

Eligible candidates will be invited to complete a dedicated application form by March 15th, 2025. Note: There is no application fee, but the form includes detailed sections focusing on mathematics and science aptitude.

Application requirements:

  • Academic Records: demonstrating excellence in STEM subjects. 
  • Motivational Video Presentation: Sharing personal aspirations and future goals You may follow our guiding questions here
  • (Optional) Scientific Project or Report: On a topic of your choice.
  • (Optional) References: From teachers or mentors attesting to your potential.
Admission Tests (for shortlisted candidates)

Candidates admitted to the test phase must demonstrate aptitude through standardised testing in key areas.

The candidates must sit on-line tests organised as follows: 

  • a written maths test, whose topics will be listed in an appendix that will be received exclusively by the candidates selected for the test phase;
  • a written maths exam covering the same topics listed for the tests above. This exam requires students to elaborate on the solutions to specific problems, as evidence of their reasoning and problem-solving skills;
  • an admission interview to elaborate on the tested topics or on elements of Physics or Computer Science, upon student’s choice;
  • an online English diagnostic and self-adaptive test provided by the Oxford Placement Test Platform. Detailed information about the structure of this test can be found here.
Final Selection – Candidate Weekend

Candidates who pass the first selection phase will be invited to attend a candidate weekend in May. 

The Candidate weekends will take place in Venice at H-FARM International School premises for all the other candidates.

The costs of lodge, accommodation and travel expenses for attending this event will be covered by H for Human

During the weekend, in addition to visiting the school and meeting the teachers, the candidates will be subjected to the additional assessments:

  • CAT4 test: a psychometric assessment measuring verbal, numerical, and spatial reasoning.
  • Role-Play: candidates participate in a time-limited problem-solving exercise in a group setting, observing behaviours like: Initiative and Creative Problem-Solving; Collaborative Dynamics, Leadership, and Teamwork; Competitiveness and Drive
  • Motivational Interview: A structured interview assessing entrepreneurial and Innovation Spirit; Long-Term Aspirations; Insightfulness; Communication Clarity

After the Candidate Weekend, we’ll carefully evaluate all applications and rank candidates based on their potential, passion, and fit with our program. Our goal is to select individuals who will thrive in this dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and contribute to the community in meaningful ways. You’ll be notified of your ranking and next steps soon after the evaluation process is complete.
