Personal Data Processing Information

This policy describes the processing of personal data of visitors and users (collectively, “Users”) of the website https://schools.h-farm.com (the “Site”) by H-International School S.r.l., headquartered at Via Olivetti 1, 31056 – Roncade (TV), Tax Code and VAT number 03888620261 (hereinafter “H-IS”).

H-IS may modify this policy to adapt it to future expansions or changes to the Site or the services offered. In the case of substantial changes, H-IS will post a notice on the Site and/or send an email notification to inform users of these changes and allow them to exercise any rights provided by personal data protection regulations.

1. DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller for the personal data of Users collected through the Site (the “Data”) is H-IS.

2. DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

2.1 Browsing Data

With each access to the Site, the systems automatically record and analyze access data (e.g., the IP address of the provider, information about the browser used, pages visited, the date, time, and duration of each visit). The information is collected automatically by the Site without requiring any action from the User.

2.2 Data Provided by Users

By filling out the “Contact Us” forms on the Site or sending a request to H-IS using the contact information provided on the Site, Users provide H-IS with some personal data such as, for example: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), origin (optional), age, and any other information voluntarily entered by the User in the message box.

The data strictly necessary to carry out the requested activities are marked with an asterisk.

Users are encouraged not to provide H-IS with third-party personal data unless necessary (for example, if the User is a parent requesting information about courses/school/lab for their minor child): in such cases, the User must comply with legal obligations regarding personal data protection and, in particular, inform third parties about the communication of their data and, if applicable, obtain their consent.

2.3 Data Necessary for Purchasing Courses/School/Lab

When purchasing a course or lab, or when transmitting specific requests through the Site, Users are required to provide specific personal data of the buyer, such as:

• (a) First and last name, email, phone number, residential address, date of birth, and tax code (the “Billing Data”);
• (b) First and last name, gender, age (or age group), and date of birth of the participant in the course/school/lab (the “Participant Data”);
• (c) Additionally, where necessary, H-IS may request health-related data for the participant, specifically related to dietary and/or medical needs or certified educational needs (e.g., dyslexia) (the “Sensitive Data”).

Data marked with an asterisk are required to complete the registration for the course/school/lab.

Users are advised to provide only updated, relevant, and necessary data for the specific processing purposes. Any unnecessary data will be deleted or anonymized immediately.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND DATA RECIPIENTS

The Data of Site Users may be processed by H-IS, in strict compliance with applicable laws and the guidelines of the Data Protection Authority, for the following purposes:

3.1 Browsing Data

Browsing data will be used:

• (i) To monitor the proper functioning of the Site;
• (ii) In anonymous and aggregated form, for statistical purposes related to understanding how Users interact with the Site, to improve accessibility and attractiveness;
• (iii) To detect any technical problems as quickly as possible.

This processing is based on H-IS’s legitimate interest in improving its digital services, particularly regarding the Site’s usability.

3.2 Responding to Contact Requests

Data provided by submitting a request to H-IS through the “Contact Us” form on the Site will be processed to respond to requests for information about courses/school/lab and to provide assistance to H-IS Users.

The data marked with an asterisk are necessary to respond to the User’s request.

This processing is based on the necessity to take pre-contractual steps at the User’s request.

3.3 Purchasing and Attending Courses

Data collected through the form on the Site (Billing Data and Participant Data) will be processed to facilitate the User’s purchase of courses/school/lab. The data provided by Users may also be processed to allow Users to create an account on the Site, enabling the data to be stored for future purchases.

Providing the Data is necessary to complete the purchase of courses/school/lab: therefore, refusal or failure to provide the requested Data will prevent H-IS from fulfilling the User’s request, including account creation.

This processing is based on the necessity to fulfill a contract to which the User is a party (the contract between H-IS and the User upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions for participating in the course/school/lab), as well as pre-contractual measures taken at the User’s request, and to comply with legal obligations.

Regarding Sensitive Data, such data will be collected through a separate platform, which the User will be redirected to from the App to complete course registration. This platform is the Zoho platform (“Zoho Platform”), owned by the Zoho Group, which includes all the companies listed here (“Zoho”). After being redirected to the Zoho Platform, the User will receive a form via email (to the address provided during registration on the Site) to complete, in which they will be asked to provide certain additional personal data required by H-IS to ensure optimal course participation and User safety.
