A new project designed to engage students by offering knowledge of various dance styles, aiming to enhance their expressiveness and movement quality through a carefully structured study that promotes harmonious body development.

Parkour – WEDNESDAY

His passion for jumps and acrobatics started at a young age and grew through years of dedicated training and enthusiasm.

Parkour, a sport originating from France as a military training technique, focuses on enhancing physical performance and movement style. Translating from French as “Path of the Fighter,” its goal is to “move to learn how to move,” thereby improving spatial movement capabilities.

This course covers landing techniques, falling styles, progressing to jumps and flips useful for navigating courses using gymnastic equipment such as parallel bars and mats. The sport’s motto is “be strong to be useful,” emphasizing physical strength as a means of utility.

Ideal for those interested in exploring dynamic movement and acrobatics in a controlled and challenging environment.

Padel – MONDAY | WEDNESDAY | FRIDAY

Padel is an enjoyable game where playing in teams of four creates new opportunities to stay active together. It’s also an immediate game, easy to learn quickly.

Located within the H-FARM Campus facilities are the Padel courts, which hosted the world’s first Platinum FIP Trophy. Here, a team of qualified and experienced instructors will lead Padel lessons.

By joining this course, participants will learn and improve their Padel skills, developing coordination, motor skills, technique, tactics, and all aspects related to the game. The goal is to engage everyone, from young children to older teenagers, in a comprehensive learning experience at Padel while having fun together.

The program will cover these fundamental aspects:

• Technique: Focus on basic stroke techniques. For older participants, mastering shots like Víbora, Bandeja, and Globo, as well as Smash and closing shots, will be key.
• Tactics: Through simulated game scenarios, participants will deepen their understanding of game tactics and court positioning. Detailed strategies will be explored to enhance gameplay development.
• Athletics: A solid athletic condition forms the foundation for good gameplay. Participants will engage in warm-ups, cool-downs, and dynamic exercises to improve overall fitness.

Singers Melody is a musical theatre school offering courses in singing, dancing, and acting. Their goal is to cultivate the joy of performing, develop creative dialogue, and nurture talents through both educational and expressive/creative avenues.

Course Objectives:

• Singing: Focus on vocal production, pitch, text interpretation, and developing a unique style that allows students to fully express their potential in a song.
• Dancing: Enhances body awareness, muscle strength, and coordination through engaging musical exercises.
• Acting: Builds stage presence and emotional expression through theatrical exercises, helping students bring to life scenes from recent films and cartoons such as “Inside Out”.

Through our comprehensive program, students will learn to “wear” a piece, embodying its emotions and delivering powerful performances.

Rock Climbing – MONDAY

This year-long activity, scheduled every Monday, offers our students the opportunity to learn basic bouldering techniques. In collaboration with Sportler instructors, participants will explore bouldering, one of the three disciplines in sport climbing.

Participants will have the opportunity to try various riding styles, from surfskate to longboard and traditional street skateboarding. During the sessions, students will develop their balance and safely overcome their fears.

We provide Stradivarius boards, unique hand-crafted pieces of the highest quality. You will learn to ride on pump tracks and ramps, while we share our passion and enthusiasm for this sport!

Established in 1997 in Quarto d’Altino, Polisportiva Annia is a multidisciplinary sports club, including both male and female basketball teams, and is affiliated with the Reyer project.
Our priority is to provide high-quality social and athletic education for young athletes.
Coach Renata, a federal instructor/coach, along with her staff, specializes in mini-basket (PYP) and basketball (MYP), bringing extensive experience and technical expertise to the program.

In collaboration with the Roncade Nuoto Swimming Club, students will have the opportunity to participate in free swim sessions under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
