A New Chapter with Nord Anglia Education

Over the past days, our campuses in Rosà, Venice, and Vicenza had the privilege of welcoming the Nord Anglia Education leadership team. Richard Davies, Regional Managing Director Europe, Anabella Quintero, Regional Director of Admissions, Marketing & Communications Europe, and their team joined us to experience first-hand the daily life of our schools.
From the very beginning, the atmosphere was one of warmth, curiosity, and mutual respect. Walking through classrooms, speaking with teachers, chatting with students in the middle of their lessons, and connecting with our staff, the delegation showed genuine openness and a strong desire to understand the unique spirit that makes each of our campuses special.
A highlight of each visit was the Lunch Connect with our students: a moment of dialogue where questions, ideas, and reflections flowed naturally. These conversations offered valuable insights both for Nord Anglia and for our students, who had the chance to feel heard and to share their vision of the future. Parents also joined dedicated meetings, asking thoughtful questions and receiving clear reassurance about the journey ahead.
Despite Nord Anglia Education’s high number of schools, the mission is not to standardize schools into a single model or to transform education into a franchise. Quite the opposite: their philosophy is to celebrate the individuality of each school, ensuring that its culture, traditions, and community identity remain strong.
Their operational model is designed to highlight and amplify what makes every school unique, just as we at H-FARM have always done across our campuses, helping each one grow without losing its essence.
Instead of presenting a standardized model, Nord Anglia showed us how they invest in what truly matters: people and learning. A strong focus is placed on supporting teachers through continuous professional growth, so that every classroom can offer the highest quality of education. At the same time, research on how students perceive and reflect on their own learning, ensures that teaching is always guided by evidence and centered on students’ needs.
For H-FARM, this approach is not about replacing our identity but about adding strength to it: combining our innovative spirit, local community and human touch values with Nord Anglia’s global expertise and resources. Together, we can open new opportunities for our students, help our teachers thrive, and build an educational journey that is both deeply personal and globally connected. This includes access to global exchange programs, partnerships with institutions like Juilliard and MIT, and Expedition experiences in Tanzania, all designed to broaden horizons and enhance learning beyond the classroom.
This vision is deeply aligned with Nord Anglia’s mission:
“To be the most forward-thinking, technology-enabled educators in the world, using our global reach and world-class teachers to create a learning experience like no other.”
And their ambition goes further: to shape a generation of creative and resilient global citizens who will change the world for the better.
For our schools, becoming part of the Nord Anglia family means entering a global network that is passionate about equality, diversity, and inclusion; and above all, about helping students achieve more than they ever imagined. Half of Nord Anglia graduates gain admission to the world’s top 100 universities, including MIT, Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, and Stanford, demonstrating the impact of combining global expertise with personalized learning. As this new chapter begins, one thing is clear: our uniqueness will remain our strength. With the guidance, support, and global expertise of Nord Anglia, and the contributions and feedback of our entire community, we are ready to grow together, keeping our identity alive while opening new opportunities for the generations to come.
