H-ELEVATE: raising the bar for High-Achieving IB Talent
A dedicated mentorship program for talented Diploma Programme students (36+), designed to support academic excellence, functional readiness and university progression.
H-FARM International School is launching H-ELEVATE, a new mentorship and enrichment programme designed for students of the IB Diploma Programme who demonstrate outstanding academic performance (with a predicted grade of 36+ points).
The goal is to provide structured and personalised support to students who, alongside strong results, often face high levels of pressure, elevated expectations and complex decisions about their future.
With H-ELEVATE, we aim to go beyond traditional academic support by creating a dedicated space where students feel continuously guided, listened to and supported throughout their Diploma Programme journey.
A programme designed for students aiming high
Through H-ELEVATE, we seek to strengthen students’ confidence and self-awareness, helping them recognise their potential while developing healthier ways to manage the demands of a highly competitive academic pathway. The programme offers ongoing strategic guidance, supporting effective study planning, deadline management and final exam preparation.
At the same time, we support students in navigating university choices, building a strong personal profile and accessing scholarship opportunities, providing concrete tools to approach applications and selective processes with greater confidence. Particular attention is given to emotional well-being and resilience, with the aim of normalising conversations around stress and encouraging sustainable habits over time. The pathway also promotes long-term thinking, nurturing leadership, responsibility and awareness of students’ future impact.
Personalised mentorship with the school leadership
The programme includes monthly one-to-one mentorship meetings (30–45 minutes) with a rotating group of mentors drawn from key figures within our school community: the Head of DP, Career Guidance Counsellor, CEO and Head of School, Subject Leaders and, high-achieving alumni.
Each meeting begins with a short well-being check-in, designed to proactively monitor students’ emotional load and encourage open, ongoing dialogue around balance and pressure.
The Personal Success Plan
At the core of H-ELEVATE is the Personal Success Plan (PSP), an individual document that accompanies each student throughout the programme.
The PSP brings together academic goals, university and career targets, personal development objectives and well-being strategies. It is reviewed and updated during mentorship meetings and coordinated by the Head of DP, ensuring continuity, clarity and a holistic overview of each student’s journey.
A structured pathway for DP1 and DP2
H-ELEVATE supports students across both years of the Diploma Programme.
In DP1, the focus is on building strong foundations through exploration of interests, university orientation, early development of the Extended Essay, academic enrichment and the establishment of sustainable study habits.
In DP2, the programme shifts toward the final stage of the IB journey, offering targeted support for exam preparation, university applications and pressure management, while guiding students through the transition to higher education.
A further step in our approach to excellence
With H-ELEVATE, we reinforce our commitment to nurturing excellence in a holistic way, combining academic rigour, personal care and an international outlook.
The programme represents another step in our educational mission: supporting students not only in achieving outstanding results, but actively boosting their confidence, intellectual curiosity, and leadership potential.
