Routes and Schedules
The bus routes are available in this document. You can check the exact location of each stop by clicking on the name, and Google Maps will display the exact coordinates on the map.
These lines will be confirmed upon reaching the minimum required number of registrations, depending on the route, and some stops may not be confirmed due to lack of registrations. Please note that, once the service has started, pick-up and drop-off times may be slightly adjusted based on traffic conditions.
School transportation service will begin on September 1, 2026.
Early Bird Fees and Deadlines
Take advantage of our Early Bird fees, available for one week only, until August 3rd. During the Early Bird period, families will benefit from the same standard annual fees applied for the 2025–2026 school year.
From August 4th onwards, the standard transportation fees for the 2026–2027 school year will apply.
Please note that seats are limited across all routes and registrations will close once capacity has been reached.
Registrations will open on July 27th at 12:00 PM (CET/Italy) and will close on August 14th.

EYU Registration
Consistent with our previous experience and the proven reliability, professionalism, and quality of service offered to our students, the school bus service for the next academic year will continue to be provided by ATVO S.p.a. and Vianello Giuseppe S.n.c.
For Early Years Unit families: To register your child for the school bus service, please contact the Student Office directly or call 0422789503.
Due to the legal requirement for a caregiver for children under 6 years old on the bus, registration for EYU students is not guaranteed on all routes. We will verify your child’s eligibility.
Payment and Discounts
As offered in previous years, a 25% discount is applicable for single-route travel. For families with more than one child, the following discounts are also applied: 10% discount for the second sibling, and 15% discount for the third sibling onward.
Payment for the service can be made in a lump sum by September 30, 2025, or in three installments due on September 30, 2026, November 30, 2026, and March 31, 2027.

Il servizio di trasporto è gestito dall’applicazione School Bus Tracker, che ogni famiglia deve obbligatoriamente scaricare per la gestione del servizio di trasporto . Dopo l’iscrizione al servizio, riceverai un manuale d’uso della App che ne spiega tutte le funzionalità.
Discesa Autonoma e Autorizzazioni
Prima dell’inizio della scuola, riceverai anche un modulo per autorizzare tuo figlio a scendere autonomamente alla fermata dello scuolabus e raggiungere casa da solo, se ha tra gli 11 e il 14 anni. Per gli studenti PYP è sempre richiesta la presenza di un adulto visibile alla fermata.Se desideri autorizzare un altro adulto (babysitter, nonno, familiare, amico di famiglia, ecc.) a prelevare tuo figlio alla fermata dell’autobus per tutto l’anno, per favore contatta lo Student Office. Le autorizzazioni occasionali saranno comunicate di volta in volta, con un documento di identità della persona autorizzata.
