Middle School Results 2026: Venice

We are proud to share the results of the Terza media exams for our Venice Middle School students. This year’s cohort approached the exam with the seriousness and dedication that defines how students engage with their work here, and the results reflect exactly that. With 1.3 points above the national average of 7.4, this cohort achieved an average grade of 8.07, with grades distributed consistently across the board: five students scored 8, three scored 9. And two students: Alice and Mariavittoria reached the highest mark of 10: a result that speaks not only to their ability, but to the sustained commitment they brought to their studies throughout the year.

But before the numbers, there is a choice worth understanding, one that sits quietly behind these results and is easy to overlook. At the end of their third year of the Middle Years Programme, our students chose to sit the Italian terza media exam at a public school. Not because they had to. The IB pathway they are following will lead them to a qualification equivalent to the Italian one regardless. They chose to do it anyway. That decision says something about these students before the results even come into it.

These numbers don’t emerge from nowhere. They are the product of a programme that asks students to be more than passive learners, to think critically, to engage with subjects across disciplines, and to take ownership of their own development. The Middle Years Programme is built on the belief that academic achievement and personal growth are not separate pursuits. They inform each other, and they reinforce each other.

At H-FARM International School, we believe that success is not a finish line. It is a direction, the ongoing process of becoming the best version of yourself. What these results confirm is that our students are moving in exactly that direction, with curiosity, commitment, and a quiet confidence that will carry them well beyond any exam.

To the Class of 2026 Venice Middle School: congratulations. You chose the harder path, and you showed what you are made of.
