Vicenza IB Diploma Programme Results 2026: A Cohort That Left No One Behind
Some achievements are measured in numbers. Others are measured in the people those numbers represent.
For the Class of 2026 at H-FARM International School Vicenza, this year’s IB Diploma results tell both stories.
Every student in the cohort earned the IB Diploma, achieving a 100% pass rate and an average score of 31.84, comfortably above the global average of 30.88. These are results worth celebrating but they are also the outcome of something less tangible: years of perseverance, intellectual curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to embrace one of the world’s most demanding secondary school programmes.
Nobody chooses the IB because it is the easiest route. Students choose it because they want to think more deeply, ask better questions, and push themselves further. The Class of 2026 did exactly that.
As our Head of School Alessandra Chiovati reflected during the Graduation Ceremony, their success is also the result of a community that believes in going beyond expectations.
“My gratitude goes to all of your teachers, who constantly go far beyond their so-called ‘job,’ showing passion, commitment, time, and dedication in every moment they spend at school, and especially with you.”
Those words capture something every graduate knows firsthand: outstanding results are never achieved alone.
One of this year’s most remarkable achievements is that 73.7% of the cohort earned the IB Bilingual Diploma. In an international school where different cultures, languages, and perspectives meet every day, this milestone reflects far more than linguistic ability. It speaks to students who have learned to move confidently between worlds, communicate across cultures, and see complexity as an opportunity rather than an obstacle.
The strength of the cohort is equally reflected in the Core Programme, where students achieved an average of 1.68 points. Through the Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge, and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS), students are challenged not simply to learn, but to question, investigate, create, and reflect. These experiences often become the defining moments of the IB journey; the ones that stay with students long after exams are over.
It is no surprise, then, that Alessandra’s wish for the graduates extended beyond academic success:
“I wish for all of you to continue being the curious, dedicated, polite, and kind individuals you have become.”
A special congratulations goes to our highest achievers: Giovanni Lanzi, Pelayo Jimenez Pinel, Luca Piotto, and Carlotta Marchioretto whose commitment, consistency, and determination have inspired those around them throughout the programme.
Behind every successful student stands an equally committed network of support. Families, teachers, mentors, and friends all play a part in making this journey possible.
Now, with diplomas in hand, the Class of 2026 stands at the beginning of a new chapter. University campuses, ambitious careers, meaningful projects, and unexpected opportunities all lie ahead.
As Alessandra told the graduates, “Please choose wisely, but above all, choose what truly makes you happy.”
The IB has given them more than academic preparation. It has taught them how to think critically, adapt confidently, collaborate across cultures, and face complexity with courage, qualities that will matter long after scores and transcripts have faded into memory.
To the Class of 2026: congratulations. We celebrate not only what you achieved, but the people you have become.
The future is yours to shape and we cannot wait to see where it takes you.
